Train Travel In Spain
Barcelona trains include the main local suburban train service FCG
(Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya) which runs from Plaça Catalunya.
It looks the same as the metro and has 2 lines operating in Barcelona and
another 4 lines which go to towns close by such as Sans Cugat, Terrassa and
Sabadell.
All Spanish trains are operated by RENFE and since July 2006 Barcelona
transport includes a new line from Barcelona airport to the city center.
